Job summary

Stanley Consultants in the United States seeks a Growth Leader for Power Generation to win and deliver energy market projects nationwide. The role focuses on Power Delivery and Renewable Energy, expanding existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

You will mentor a growing energy team, lead pursuit and proposal activities, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver EPC and PMO engagements, with a hybrid work model and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the energy industry.
• Experience leading large client engagements and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Win and deliver Energy Market projects nationwide.
• Grow existing client relationships and pursue new business.
• Lead pursuit, proposals, and client strategy for Power Delivery/ Renewable Energy.
• Mentor the energy team and develop capabilities in Power Delivery services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on EPC, PMO, and advisory engagements.
