Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Growth Leader for Power Generation to win and deliver Energy Market projects nationwide across the Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors. The role focuses on expanding existing client relationships and cultivating new business, with leadership across PMO and advisory engagements.

The role requires 15+ years in the energy industry, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional leadership to guide a growing energy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Delivery projects including Transmission, Distribution, Substation, BESS, Renewable Energy and Field Construction Management.
• Develop EPC projects in Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors.
• Develop PMO engagements including asset management, data analytics, program controls and reporting.
• Mentor energy team and grow expertise in Power Delivery services.
• Identify new business growth opportunities and manage client relationships.
