Iterative Health is building a new non‑interventional research business. You will own the full P&L, define the go‑to‑market strategy, and build the operational infrastructure to scale.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the non-interventional research business, including revenue, cost, and margin performance.
• Define go-to-market strategy for the non-interventional research business — service offering, target segments, positioning, and scale path.
• Scope collections service model with Life Sciences; develop pricing frameworks and market-ready materials.
• Develop and progress a pipeline of collections studies; support sponsor engagement and proposals.
• Identify resources, infrastructure, and capabilities; inform investment decisions.
• Lead end-to-end build-out of the business; establish processes for scale.
• Collaborate with site operations and executives to onboard sites and networks for studies across therapies.
• Manage vendor contracting and relationships; ensure sponsor satisfaction and execution quality.
• Define and track KPIs; communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team and maintain structured operations.

Education
