WealthBridge Financial Group in Minnesota seeks a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. You will lead a team of experienced advisors while continuing your own client work and developing a leadership style aligned with the firm’s long-term growth.

With 175+ years of history, WealthBridge offers strong brand strength and infrastructure, plus sponsorship for licenses if needed and a culture focused on mentorship and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
