Outro Health is hiring its first growth leader to own patient acquisition and revenue growth with a high-leverage content engine. The role focuses on audience building, conversion, and resonance through multi-channel content and data-driven iteration.

You will optimize lifecycle, SEO, earned media, and partner orchestration, owning a measurable growth machine rather than paid-media alone.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have owned a growth number including CAC, funnel, and payback.
• You are an AI-native content operator who can build and scale a content engine.
• You turn customer insight into strategy and quickly iterate plans.

Responsibilities

• Own patient growth and revenue, ensuring strong unit economics.
• Lead multi-channel content across Meta, X, Substack, YouTube and more.
• Build and optimize SEO/organic discovery and content cadence.
• Nurture lifecycle via email and SMS with short consideration windows.
• Develop earned media and thought leadership with external partners.
• Wire full funnel analytics: attention to active patient and retention.
