Job summary

Advantive seeks a hands-on Growth Marketer who will own the new-logo demand engine across our Distribution, Manufacturing and Quality, and Packaging lines. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will design the funnel, set budgets, and manage paid media and AI-enabled programs to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

This is an ownership role working closely with Content, Digital Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• Built or rebuilt a B2B new-logo demand generation function with direct pipeline accountability.
• Experience owning demand generation programs from strategy to revenue.
• Hands-on experience with paid digital, programmatic, and account-based marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-logo demand strategy, targets, and quarterly plan for each line of business.
• Manage channel, campaign, and budget decisions to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Lead and optimize paid media, programmatic, and partner channels for growth.
• Design AI-enabled workflows for audience research, content personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Define funnel stages, attribution, and reporting with RevOps and Sales.
• Present growth plans and results to CRO, GMs, and executives.
