Job summary

Outlander VC is seeking a Growth Lead, Venture Ecosystem, to own and deepen the firm’s network with other venture capital firms. You will drive warm introductions to portfolio companies’ fundraises, and coordinate relationships from pre‑seed to growth stages.

You’ll map the venture landscape, manage communications with partners, and ensure the ecosystem supports fast, successful rounds for Outlander portcos.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant venture fundraising experience.
• Strong, active network across seed through growth firms.
• Proven ability to build new, authentic relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Outlander’s venture‑firm network.
• Develop relationships with other venture firms across stages.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for downstream firms.
• Map the venture landscape and maintain a data‑rich view of firms.
• Coordinate introductions and track pipeline to accelerate fundraises.
• Collaborate with Investment Partners to align ecosystem activity.
