Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Growth Manager, SEO & GEO to scale organic growth across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. You will own initiatives from strategy to execution, lead experiments, and build scalable processes that drive qualified pipeline.

In this hands-on role you will optimize technical SEO, content strategy, programmatic SEO, and GEO efforts, collaborating with the SEO/GEO team and cross‑functional partners to turn insights into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO or growth marketing experience.
• Hands-on execution across idea through measurement.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization.
• GEO and AI search knowledge: understanding AI-powered search and visible strategies.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and tie growth to pipeline.
• Programmatic SEO and template-driven landing pages experience.
• Ability to work with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize impact.

Responsibilities

• Scale SEO and GEO growth: Expand organic programs to improve non-branded visibility, traffic, MQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
• Optimize organic search performance: Improve rankings, traffic, and conversions through keyword research and content optimization.
• Build and scale programmatic SEO: Identify scalable opportunities and optimize templates and workflows.
• Grow bottom-of-funnel acquisition: Develop product-led content, comparison pages, and buying guides aligned with search intent.
• Expand GEO initiatives: Improve visibility and citations across AI-powered search experiences for high-intent queries.
• Track AI search performance: Monitor brand visibility and competitor presence to identify improvements.
• Strengthen off-site authority: Collaborate on backlinks, digital PR, and third-party placements.
• Drive technical SEO improvements: Address crawlability, indexability, site structure, and data markup with Engineering.
• Identify new growth opportunities: Research, test, and scale new SEO and GEO initiatives.
• Measure and communicate results: Track organic performance and pipeline impact with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Web Engineering, and agencies to execute initiatives.
