Rippling is seeking a Growth Manager, SEO & GEO to scale organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. You will collaborate with the SEO/GEO team lead to expand programs, drive qualified traffic, and grow pipeline while balancing strategy and hands-on execution.

You will own projects end-to-end, translate insights into actions, and partner with Engineering, Content, and Marketing to unlock new growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SEO or growth marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on execution from idea to measurement.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, internal linking, structured data.
• GEO and AI search knowledge; direct experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and connect growth to conversions and pipeline.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Programmatic SEO experience with template-driven pages.
• Content and technical judgment to identify opportunities and collaborate with engineers.
• Ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving search landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Scale SEO and GEO growth: Expand organic programs to improve non-branded visibility, traffic, MQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
• Optimize organic search performance: Improve rankings, traffic, and conversions via keyword research and content optimization.
• Build and scale programmatic SEO: Identify scalable opportunities and optimize templates and workflows.
• Grow bottom-of-funnel acquisition: Develop product-led content, buying guides, and comparison pages.
• Expand GEO initiatives: Improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences for high-intent queries.
• Track AI search performance: Monitor brand visibility, citations, and competitor presence.
• Strengthen off-site authority: Collaborate on backlinks and digital PR to boost search and AI visibility.
• Drive technical SEO improvements: Address crawlability, indexability, site structure, and data markup.
• Identify new growth opportunities: Test and scale new SEO/GEO initiatives and measure impact.
• Measure and communicate results: Track organic performance and pipeline impact, translating insights into actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Web Engineering, and agencies.
