Job summary

Maven is a fully remote learning platform powered by expert-led courses. As Growth Lead you will own the growth channels for supply and demand: Lightning Lessons, B2B partnerships, and social content, with 300 new lessons published monthly and 20–30K new leads each month.

You will report to Ka Kei Ho (Head of Product) and work with Mona Huang (Lifecycle marketing). Requires 5–10 years of growth or end-to-end marketing in a startup, strong writing, data‑driven mindset, and the ability to build

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in growth or end-to-end marketing role in a startup environment.
• Excellent writing with high content quality and hooky social content.
• Data-driven with systems thinking and ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Own Lightning Lesson series end-to-end: planning, positioning, comms, speaker enablement & social activation.
• Acquire new distribution/brand partners and grow partnerships (e.g., Clay, Amplitude, Lenny Rachitsky).
• Build and manage B2B L&D speaker series; create repeatable content engine with quarterly cadence.
