Job summary

WindBorne Systems is seeking a Growth Lead to own go-to-market for our planet-scale weather product. You will drive top-of-funnel growth, manage customer acquisition, and collaborate with product and eng as an early GTM hire.

You will design viral features, run monetization experiments, and build the PLG motion to scale from early adopters to thousands of customers. A hands-on executor with climate passion will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a 0-to-1 software startup, owning a self-serve or bottoms-up motion end-to-end.
• Experience turning early traction into scalable growth and a PLG flywheel.
• Hands-on with product analytics and engagement metrics; able to write SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel growth: cold outreach, partner recruitment, and experiments.
• Own customer acquisition and retention; analyze engagement and satisfaction.
• Design and implement product-led-growth loops and pricing experiments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering as an early GTM hire.
