Flint is seeking an Engagement Manager who will own a portfolio of 20–30 accounts, run pilots end-to-end, and craft strategic plans for growth. You’ll work hands-on with ads, landing pages, and keywords, then interpret results for executives.

You’ll translate customer pain points into new agent capabilities, collaborating with product, engineering, and sales to keep accounts on track while reporting to the CRO and collaborating with the CEO. Based in SF or willing to relocate.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning outcomes for clients or a business, whether in management consulting, growth, an agent PM or deployment strategist role, or your own company.
• Strong analytical skills, from spreadsheet models to clear recommendations.
• Heavy use of AI tools and agents in your day-to-day work.
• Strong client presence, including presenting to executives and handling difficult conversations.
• Comfort juggling many priorities at once without things slipping.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Own 20 to 30 customer accounts as their main point of contact
• Run pilots from kickoff to readout and conversion, including setup, tracking, and success metrics
• Build an account plan for each customer, covering goals, conversion, and what to test next
• Work hands-on in each account, reviewing the agent’s landing pages, keywords, and ads before they ship
• Design and read experiments, and explain the results to customers
• Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations with marketing teams and executives
• Work with product, engineering, and sales to keep each account on track
• Bring customer pain points back to the team, and turn repeated manual work into agent improvements and our engagement playbook
