Job summary

Forterra in Washington, DC is seeking a Growth Lead to define and execute go-to-market strategies for defense autonomy offerings. You will scale Forterra's presence with defense commands, program offices, and industry partners, turning pilots into sustained programs that enhance readiness and survivability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, identify growth opportunities, and embed Forterra's technology into ongoing defense programs across the Department of War, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in go-to-market strategies for defense tech and related programs.
• Ability to convert pilot projects into enduring operational capabilities with government customers.
• Strong understanding of mission priorities, logistics, and coalition integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies; identify growth opportunities within defense programs.
• Drive growth outcomes by building consensus across commands and program offices; scale pilots.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align customer needs with Forterra's solutions.
• Identify opportunities to embed Forterra technology into defense programs and propose innovative solutions.
• Build and scale new business lines and grow regional teams.
