Forterra Inc. seeks a driven Growth Lead to shape go-to-market strategies and drive meaningful growth for defense autonomy solutions.

You will scale Forterra’s presence across defense organizations, turning pilots into enduring programs that strengthen readiness and survivability. You’ll partner with mission-aligned commands, program offices, and industry partners to align Forterra’s capabilities with pressing mission needs, expanding adoption across joint and coalition forces in dispersed

Qualifications

• Experience with DoW components or joint logistics or DoD programs.
• Proven success delivering growth for defense technologies.
• Ability to turn pilot programs into enduring operational capabilities.
• Strong understanding of mission priorities and coalition needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with mission team leadership.
• Drive growth outcomes by building consensus for pilots and scaling deployments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align customer needs with Forterra solutions.
• Identify opportunities to embed Forterra technology into defense programs across DoW.
• Build and scale new business lines as growth milestones are reached.
