Forterra is seeking a Growth Lead to shape go-to-market strategies and drive meaningful growth for our defense autonomy solutions. You will work with mission-aligned commands and industry partners to convert pilots into sustained programs that enhance readiness and survivability for joint and coalition forces.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs align with regional mission priorities, expanding Forterra’s footprint across the Dept.

Qualifications

• Experience in defense/government programs
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies for emerging defense tech
• Track record turning pilots into enduring programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with mission leadership
• Drive growth by building stakeholder relationships across commands and program offices
• Lead cross-functional teams to align customer needs with Forterra solutions
• Expand Forterra’s footprint in defense programs across the Department of War
• Build and scale new business lines as growth milestones are achieved
