Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Sr. Manager for CE Expansion Business to drive strategy, partner development, and go-to-market for all CE expansion channels.

The role requires building the operating infrastructure to scale a portfolio of channels from partnership signed to revenue-generating. The candidate will manage cross-functional programs, collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT/Digital, Supply Chain, and Category Management, and use AI/LLM tools to streamline operations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in eCommerce, business development, channel management, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously.
• Experience developing and managing external business partnerships including contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own Expansion Business strategy across all channels and develop business cases and roadmaps.
• Lead early-stage engagement with key expansion channel partners across Marketplaces, Carrier, Social platforms, FinTech, and Sports/Gaming.
• Own master project plan and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk across initiatives.
• Build and manage launch readiness checklists, scorecards, and go-live criteria with cross-functional sign-offs.
• Develop post-launch performance analyses and ROI analyses for each expansion channel.
