Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing at a fast-moving tech company.
• AI-driven mindset with familiarity with LLMs.
• Hands-on, ship weekly, data-driven, end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building ABM programs for B2B or insurtech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media and ABM end-to-end.
• Build outbound and lifecycle infrastructure.
• Improve conversion across the funnel and CRO.
• Set up GEO / AI search and structured data.
• Implement marketing automation and attribution.
• Produce performance creative.
