• Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills are essential.
• Agency experience or agency management experience.
• Experience with optimization on major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Startup or scaling business experience focused on enterprise customers.
• Ecommerce industry knowledge.
• Board-level reporting outputs.
