Job summary

Eragon is seeking a Growth Lead to drive awareness and adoption of our AI platform. You’ll build relationships with communities, customers, and partners, and shape programs that convert engagement into momentum.

You’ll own events, partnerships, and product marketing, turning technical capabilities into clear value stories. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and partnerships to accelerate growth in a fast-moving, builder-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or product marketing, events, partnerships, or a related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical products.
• Excellent project management across multiple initiatives.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments and representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver in-person events to engage audiences and deepen relationships.
• Build community initiatives for ongoing engagement with Eragon.
• Develop strategic partnerships to extend reach and create mutual value.
• Create and run product marketing campaigns explaining capabilities and value.
• Coordinate messaging across channels, teams, and partners.
• Gather feedback and relay insights to product and GTM teams.
