Job summary

Neutonic is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale our affiliate, creator and UGC programs across the US and UK, with a major focus on the US. This role is hands-on and requires recruiting affiliates, reaching out to creators, briefing UGC and establishing ambassador relationships while tracking what drives results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience across affiliate, creator, influencer, ambassador or community marketing.
• Experience working for a high-growth consumer brand in CPG, wellness, supplements, food & bev, fitness or lifestyle.
• Track record of building or scaling an affiliate or ambassador program.
• Ideally experience running a college ambassador or campus marketing program.
• Experience recruiting and managing performance-based affiliates and paid UGC creators.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and the creator ecosystem.
• Familiarity with affiliate or creator platforms such as Social Snowball, Impact, GRIN, Aspire, Superfiliate or similar.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics including revenue, CAC and conversions.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage Neutonic’s affiliate and creator network in the US and UK, focusing on the US.
• Grow affiliate revenue through recruitment, incentives, product seeding and activation.
• Build relationships with creators, athletes, customers and communities who can become brand advocates.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and deepen partnerships with them.
• Collaborate with TikTok Shop team and agencies to grow and activate TikTok affiliates.
• Continuously test new ways to improve affiliate activation, content output and revenue.
• Build a pipeline of high-quality UGC from affiliates and paid creators.
• Recruit and brief creators, manage deliverables and keep content moving.
• Turn strong affiliates into repeat content creators.
• Work with Performance Marketing to optimize creative performance and outputs.
• Build a content library usable across paid social, organic, DTC, TikTok Shop and retail.
• Grow US ambassador and college networks; activate ambassadors around launches and key moments.
• Develop repeatable campaigns driving awareness, content and store visits.
• Support priority launches with Retail and Marketing teams.
