Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an analytically minded storyteller to join its Insights & Analytics Team in the US. You will build stories from data to drive revenue growth and strategic decisions, and develop integrated consumer, shopper, and marketplace insights specifically guiding Walmart’s strategies.

Responsibilities include analyzing shelving, pricing, and merchandising, maintaining reporting cadences, and collaborating across teams to translate insights into actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in CPG with sales analytics focus.
• Experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club buying teams highly valued.
• Syndicated data knowledge (Circana/Nielsen) valued.
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link & Scintilla required.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and automating reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data to build stories that drive revenue growth and strategic objectives.
• Develop integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights for Walmart.
• Analyze shelving, assortment, pricing, and merchandising to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain performance reporting cadences and macro assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to connect opportunities and solutions.
• Develop reporting systems and scorecards with sales and operations metrics.
• Integrate with Walmart workflows and participate in internal meetings.
• Elevate insights from what happened to why it matters and what to do next.
