Job summary

The ideal candidate has nonprofit or small-business leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative, bilingual mindset to serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (written and oral).
• 5+ years in business administration, finance, or accounting in nonprofit or small business.
• 5+ years in a leadership role or independently leading a function.
• General nonprofit accounting principles understanding.
• Experience leading annual audits and related documentation.
• Experience with grant management.
• Experience managing personnel and HR.
• Experience coordinating multi-department operations.
• Proficient with Google Workspace administration in a mid-size nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at The GrowHaus.
• Manage facilities, contracts, leases, and reporting.
• Lead risk mitigation and compliance across regulations.
• Support HR policies, onboarding, and staff development.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, audits, and payroll.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board on strategic planning.
