Allegiance Staffing LLC is seeking a driven Workforce Solutions Consultant for the Greensboro market. You will drive new business development, build strategic client partnerships, and deliver workforce solutions across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and related sectors.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong closing skills, and the ability to manage an end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in staffing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas and building client relationships.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and close new accounts within the Greensboro territory.
• Develop go-to-market plans using industry trends and local insights; build pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct in-person meetings, site walk-throughs, and negotiations with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline in CRM; monitor KPIs to exceed revenue targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and sales development programs.
