Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR, seeks a Manager, Enterprise Growth FP&A and Strategy to oversee forecasting, planning, month-end reporting, and enterprise financial integration across U.S., Sam’s Club, and International segments.

You'll consolidate financial submissions, prepare Growth P&L reports and executive dashboards, support AOP/LRP processes, and drive standardization and automation of FP&A practices while partnering with Growth Finance and Segment FP&A teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial information to senior leadership.
• Experience in forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end reporting, forecasting, and planning activities across the Growth portfolio.
• Consolidate and validate U.S., Sam’s Club, and International financial submissions and reporting.
• Prepare Growth P&L reporting, executive summaries, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Support AOP/LRP loading, reconciliations, validation, and planning deliverables.
• Coordinate forecast inputs, assumptions, risks, and opportunities across finance teams.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy across systems and reporting.
• Develop performance analyses and KPI reporting to support leadership insights.
• Improve FP&A processes through simplification, standardization, and automation.
