Job summary

DecisionPoint seeks a Technical SEO Specialist to conduct detailed, recurring SEO assessments and optimize the technical health of MC&FP's enterprise digital environment. This role focuses on speed, performance, indexing, site structure, accessibility intersections, schema markup, and internal linking.

The position also plays a key role in enabling organizational SEO maturity by developing training materials, workshops, and documentation that help MC&FP staff adopt SEO best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience performing technical SEO for enterprise websites.
• Experience conducting technical audits with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or equivalent.
• Experience optimizing page speed, site structure, and applying schema markup.
• Collaborating with content, UX, and development teams on cross-functional SEO initiatives.
• Developing documentation, training materials, or workshops for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly technical SEO audits across MC&FP digital properties.
• Perform page speed optimization and address Core Web Vitals gaps.
• Maintain and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and crawlability settings.
• Implement schema markup (JSON-LD) and structured data patterns.
• Enhance internal linking strategies and taxonomy alignment.
• Support voice-search readiness through structured content improvements.
• Validate search behavior and crawl logs to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with developers, content teams, and UX staff on releases.
• Create and deliver SEO training materials, workshops, and best-practice guides.
• Track technical SEO KPIs and provide actionable leadership insights.
• Monitor algorithm updates and assess impacts.
