Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare IT, healthcare tech, B2B tech, or product marketing with GTM, positioning, demand gen.
• 2+ years of people leadership with team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual strategic marketing plans aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clear objectives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create brand and market positioning strategies to support portfolio growth.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website optimization, and content aligned to buyer needs.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management to identify opportunities, define segments, and run campaigns (webinars, education, email).
• Lead VOC, customer research, and competitive intel to influence product strategy.
