Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, B2B technology, or product marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual strategic marketing plans.
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Develop and execute brand and market positioning strategies for software and solutions.
Drive awareness and market adoption through integrated digital marketing strategies.
Partner with Sales and Product Management to identify market opportunities and execute marketing campaigns.
Lead VOC, customer research, and competitive analysis efforts to identify unmet market needs.
Develop and execute lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.
Establish and monitor market, customer, and campaign performance metrics.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering on product lifecycle and go-to-market plans.
Provide market intelligence to support product roadmap and pricing decisions.
Coordinate regional and national meetings with Regional Sales Managers.
Ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives with external agencies and partners.
Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
