Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

• Oversee operation of a Panda store, including hiring, managing, and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train associates through an 8+ week leadership program.
• Ensure food safety standards and efficient, fast-paced service.
