Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Minnesota is seeking a Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store growth. Store leaders are the frontline of our field team, acting as brand ambassadors who connect deeply with customers.

You will lead a team to foster a customer-focused selling culture, hire and coach top talent, and ensure operational excellence across daily duties and store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 2+ years in a manager role; retail preferred.
• Customer-first mindset with coaching ability.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including SLT.
• Set performance expectations and goals with associates.
• Own leadership tasks addressing customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with SLT to support action plans for results.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase products.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and cash handling.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback.
• Meet payroll targets with proper staffing.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates.
• Ensure safety standards and store policies.
