Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Growth-focused Solutions Architect Lead to accelerate expansion of the Two Six Secure Platforms team. You will drive business development, engage CSPs, and lead end-to-end capture and proposals while overseeing a core technical program to ensure mission success.

This on-site role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance. You will report to the SVP of Trusted Electronics and Effects and collaborate across DoW/IC domains with a focus on growth and execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in DoD/Intelligence Community with leadership impact.
• 5+ years finding and winning business in DoD/IC spaces.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with CSPs, marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior client staff.
• Direct oversight of programs generating >$50M in annual revenue.
• Strong process improvement and financial acumen with large wins in DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and win new business with DoD/IC customers.
• Build strategic relationships with CSPs, marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior staff.
• Lead full lifecycle proposal responses and capture milestone reviews.
• Oversee core programs, schedules, execution, and delivery teams.
