Mockins, a Brooklyn-based automotive e-commerce brand, is seeking a Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social presence. You will create and edit content, coordinate influencer outreach, and align social activities with sales goals in collaboration with design and ecommerce teams.

We value a creative mindset, eye for aesthetics, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to grow our audience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for social platforms and growing brand presence.
• Aesthetic sense and storytelling ability to spot new angles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem-solving.
• Basic content editing experience with Canva/CapCut; Premiere Pro a plus.
• Strong communication for cross-team and influencer outreach.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create, edit, and prepare content (images, videos, captions) with design team.
• Upload and schedule posts, maintain calendars, ensure on-brand posting.
• Research, contact, and manage relationships with influencers and creators.
• Align social content with product launches, promotions, and sales goals.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.
• Troubleshoot content, campaign, and scheduling challenges independently.
