Job summary

Zoe is seeking a Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist in New York, NY to own Zoe's social and email programs. You will partner with content creators, manage a calendar, and turn data into insights that drive engagement and conversions.

You bring 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, strong writing, and hands-on experience with at least one major platform. Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar email tool and a bias for action are essential. This is an in-office role in New York.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing.
• A track record of growing audiences or improving campaign results through own work.
• Strong writing skills with a keen sense of brand voice.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major social platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Run Zoe's social media channels across all active platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and key announcements.
• Engage the community daily: respond to comments, DMs, and start real conversations.
• Own Zoe's email marketing strategy inside HubSpot and write newsletters that readers want.
