Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience with measurable results.
• Experience managing at least one major social platform with publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Experience running email campaigns and A/B tests in HubSpot/Mailchimp/Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Strong writing skills with adaptable tone for social and email content.
• Ability to interpret engagement, open, click-through, and conversion metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience coordinating external creative partners; familiarity with paid social is a plus.
• Fintech/personal finance or consumer brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and freelancers to deliver on-brand content on schedule.
• Maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and announcements.
• Manage email marketing in HubSpot, including writing and designing newsletters.
• Test subject lines, send times, formats, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
• Review performance data, share insights, and adjust social and email strategies accordingly.
• Monitor social trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
