Job summary

Content Creators in New York City is seeking a Marketing Associate to shape our social media presence and email strategy. You will create and manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, partnering with creators and freelancers to deliver on-brand content on schedule.

You will maintain a content calendar, manage email campaigns in HubSpot, and test subjects and send times to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing at least one major social platform with publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Experience running email campaigns and A/B tests in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platform.
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone across social posts and email content.
• Comfort interpreting engagement, open, click-through, and conversion metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience coordinating external creators; familiarity with paid social is a plus.
• Fintech, personal finance, or consumer brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
