Digital Mountain, Inc. is seeking a talented Controller to join our Silicon Valley team in Santa Clara.

This role requires strong GAAP knowledge, hands-on accounting leadership, and collaboration with the CEO and VP of Operations to keep books accurate for rapid growth. The successful candidate will develop and enforce accounting policies, manage month-end close, payroll, receivables, and payables in a small, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 5–10 years of related experience, Big 4 experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and enforce GAAP-compliant procedures.
• Perform monthly and quarterly close processes with Accounting Manager.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable collections, and accounts payable processing.
• Manage payroll processing.
• Collaborate with CEO and VP of Operations to ensure books are accurate for decision making.
