Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at one or more branch security locations and client sites in Florida. The role drives growth and client satisfaction through strategic leadership and a focus on profitability.

The candidate will manage P&L, analyze KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class security services across healthcare, commercial real estate, government and hospitality sectors. Extensive travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field with 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• High School diploma with ten (10) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• Valid driver's license to drive company or personal vehicle for business purposes.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational and financial metrics.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility and client relations.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to support growth and satisfaction.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and MS Office and BI tools for metrics, reporting, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor operations and support teams with coaching and accountability to promote teamwork and development.
• Grow client relationships by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations and industry events to strengthen relationships and solutions.
• Oversee branch operations while maintaining policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI platform to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; implement protocols and training.
