VantageScore Solutions, LLC is seeking an analytically minded search marketer to own paid search across Google and Microsoft Ads while driving our organic SEO strategy. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years managing Google Ads campaigns with proven performance gains.
• Hands-on SEO experience with ranking or traffic growth, including technical projects.
• Deep familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, GSC, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Ability to analyze large datasets in spreadsheets and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $20,000 or more.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign structure, bidding and budget allocation across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Refine keyword lists with match types, negatives, and search term harvesting.
• Optimize Quality Scores, ad rank, and landing page relevance.
• Run A/B tests on ad copy and monitor CPC, ROAS, CVR, and impression share weekly.
• Manage audience targeting, remarketing lists, and bid adjustments.
• Perform technical SEO audits, build keyword maps, and monitor organic rankings.
