You will handle daily order processing, maintain proactive client communication, and pursue opportunities for growth while shaping supportive client engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met.
• Become an expert in GME Supply’s extensive product offering to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Provide consistent and actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers to drive continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
