Job summary

Visionz Designs in Irving, TX seeks a commission-based Sales Representative to grow a book of business and expand programs with robust production and fulfillment support. You’ll build long-term partnerships, sell full-service embroidery, screen printing, decals, and branded merchandise, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel, promotional products, print, or branding.
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven salesperson with autonomy.
• Ability to manage long-term partnerships and programs, not only one-off orders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across brands and organizations.
• Sell Visionz’s core services: custom apparel and decoration, embroidery and screen printing, decals and merchandise.
• Fulfill opportunities to grow accounts through repeat programs and value-added items.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Leverage existing client lists or grow a new book of business with strong execution.
