Job summary

Design Collective by Cintas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote our products to new and existing customers through outbound phone calls within an assigned portfolio to ensure year over year growth.

This role will understand customer objectives and position Design Collective as the apparel partner of choice, collaborating with field sales to ensure customers know all available solutions and leading professional virtual presentations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet/Intranet.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Promote products to new and existing customers through outbound calls within an assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with field sales to ensure customers understand all available solutions.
• Lead professional virtual presentations and educate customers about online ordering.
• Collect and manage data through the contact management system and support process improvements.
