Job summary

Alabama-Title-Loans,-Inc is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to grow fast and develop real-world skills. You will ask questions, handle objections, and guide customers through financial decisions, including conversations about money.

Expect a fast-paced environment with coaching, performance metrics, and a structured 40-hour week (including Saturdays). The role offers a monthly bonus potential and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations.
