Job summary

TimeWise Cleaning in Victor, NY is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to shape how we attract and convert customers. You’ll partner with the owner to streamline processes, craft quotes, and lead initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer experience.

This role blends hands-on selling with strategy, needing organized, driven, coachable individuals who can manage multiple priorities, build relationships with commercial clients, and help TimeWise become the go-to service in the Northeast,

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience in cleaning industry is a plus; willing to learn the business.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential leads by phone, text, and email.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and provide quotes.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into recurring customers.
• Help customers understand the TimeWise difference.
• Conduct in-person estimates for commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with commercial clients.
• Track sales activity, conversion rates, revenue, and other numbers.
• Develop and improve sales process and marketing initiatives.
