Job summary

RB Global, a leading omnichannel marketplace for commercial assets and vehicles, seeks an Analyst for Remarketing Enhancement & Make-Ready. The role partners with leadership to build baselines, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable insights across multiple regions.

You will develop dashboards, track costs, document workflows, and help scale pilot programs and make-ready initiatives to support GTV growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years in an analyst/operations role.
• Experience in data analytics or BI certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for enhancement volume, cycle time, aging, completion status, and exceptions.
• Analyze internal vs. vendor costs, track vendor utilization and SLA performance, and surface opportunities to improve margin.
• Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, support SOP development, and assist with pilot programs and rollouts by validating data and tracking issues.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring errors, or inefficiencies in enhancement execution and billing; provide data-backed recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare analysis, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership updates and planning discussions.
