Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum of one year experience in customer service, retail sales and service position with cash handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to educate customers on bank products and services.
• Ability to cross-sell and effectively meet customer financial needs within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Promote and educate on online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Process routine banking transactions and maintain accuracy of cash drawer.
• Support branch staff and assist in coaching and mentoring where applicable.
