The ideal candidate is confident, competitive, persistent, and enjoys networking, prospecting, and follow-up. KW experience is preferred, but strong real estate pros with a proven track record in sales,

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of residential real estate experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, team leadership, or coaching is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Market Center’s recruiting efforts.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents.
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential recruits.
• Conduct recruiting calls, interviews, and consultations.
• Build relationships with agents and understand what they want from their careers.
• Present the value of Keller Williams and the Market Center.
• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the recruiting process.
• Network within the local real estate community to create new opportunities.
• Track recruiting activity and results.
• Work closely with leadership to hit recruiting and growth goals.
