FTS, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage candidates end-to-end, selling opportunities to top talent and presenting client-ready candidates to our internal teams. You will coach candidates through interviews and drive business development through persistent outreach across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes target-driven performance, high-volume outreach, and a clear growth path into a future CSM/business development track. Onsite work and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college preferred (Concentration in Business or related field is a plus).
• 1+ years in sales or recruiting is a bonus; new grads with leadership roles welcome.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; comfortable with persistent outreach and cold calling.
• Resilience to solve practical problems in fast-paced environments; view a no as a challenge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quickly mastering new business development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, selling opportunities to top talent and presenting candidates to internal teams.
• Lead business development and high-volume outreach to source, engage, and build relationships for permanent and contract placements.
• Coach candidates for phone, video, and in-person interviews and align client needs with candidate desires.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, including outreach volume and revenue quotas.
