Job summary

Komatsu is seeking an Aftermarket Product Manager in Peoria to drive marketing plans, growth strategies, and profitable parts sales across assigned commodities. You will coordinate with engineering to release kits and support customers, while forecasting campaigns and upgrades.

Travel 20–35% to meet customers and suppliers, establish pricing with the pricing team, and collaborate across regions to grow the business and improve product value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, and Distribution to ensure product success.
• Analyze sales history and forecast opportunities to support growth.
• Develop and present strategies and value propositions to management, distributors, and customers.
• Train Sales Managers and Customer Service on key product advantages and materials.
