Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management to promote independence.

You will educate residents and families on safe equipment use, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and complete documentation and billing promptly to support high-quality care and timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.
