Job summary

South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises and pain management. You will educate residents and families on safe equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Oregon or eligible to licensure in Oregon.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure

Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
