Job description

Mobility Project Physical Therapy is seeking an excellent outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) in Eugene, OR for a full-time or part-time position, workdays available Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on experience. Our therapists are scheduled for 10 patient visits per 8-hour workday. Patient care is performed in a direct, one-on-one setting, with no expectation for the therapist to see multiple patients at once. The physical therapist will be responsible for examining patients to develop a plan of care using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. The physical therapist will work with patients and clients to prevent loss of mobility by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles. In addition, the physical therapist will document patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required. You will be joining a growing family-like team of professionals that prides itself on holistic, compassionate, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented care. We provide one-on-one appointments with individualized treatment plans for a wide variety of clientele. Our facility is a comfortable suite in Eugene’s historic Lincoln Lofts building. It features a dedicated exercise room with high-end equipment and spacious, private treatment rooms, with big, bright windows overlooking Eugene's historic Market District, Skinner's Butte, and a brand new, world-class bouldering climbing gym. We are just blocks from public transit and connected to numerous bike routes, including the beautiful River Path bike trail system, making bike commuting a breeze in one of the nations most bike friendly cities.

Compensation:

  • Implement components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the patient/client or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort.
  • Conduct re-examinations.
  • Modify interventions as necessary to achieve anticipated goals and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans.
  • Focus on providing the highest quality treatment that allows for excellent patient outcomes.
